Buổi họp khoa Ngoại ngữ đã diễn ra vào lúc 9 – 10, ngày 18/3/2020 tại văn phòng khoa ngoại ngữ - 613 Âu Cơ
- Chủ tọa cuộc họp: Bà Lê Thị Thùy Phương - Phó TGĐ, Ban Điều hành HHE
Nội dung chính bao gồm:
- Giới thiệu nhân sự mới bổ nhiệm: thầy Nguyễn Duy Cường, phó trưởng khoa Ngoại Ngữ.
- Phó trưởng khoa phát biểu ý kiến và phổ biến một số vấn đề trong đó cần cấp thiết triển khai Đào tạo online. Hiện có hai phần mền là Moodle and Microsoft Teams
+ Moodle: giảng viên vẫn tiếp tục đăng tải bài giảng và các nhiệm vụ cho sinh viên theo từng tuần
+ Microsoft Team: triển khai thực hiện mỗi tuần 2 môn học tại phòng dạy học thông minh. Các giảng viên luân phiên đăng kí dạy học và thư kí khoa sẽ gởi và phòng đào tạo và được sắp xếp.
The meeting of the Faculty of foreign languages takes place at 9 a.m on 18/3/2020 at the office of the faculty – 613 Au Co.
Ms Le Thị Thùy Phương, the Executive Board of HHE is the Chairman of the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the new employee: Mr. Nguyễn Duy Cường, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of foreign languages.
After being introduced, the Vice Dean would like to share his own experience and also discuss and find solution for the current difficulty of the Faculty, the current online training.
At the present, the school, VHU, is using two software that is Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
+ All lecturers have to upload the instructions of the lesson and deliver task for each lesson every week.
+ All Faculties of VHU have to deliver at least 2 lessons every week and Lecturers have to take turn to deliver lessons on Microsoft Teams.
